Engaging. Inspiring. Evidence-Based.
Helping individuals, teams, schools, and organisations unlock their potential through nutrition, health, resilience, and performance.
About me
I am a Clinical Nutritionist, Educator, Researcher, and Mother to six extraordinary children.
My personal journey through loss, resilience, and rebuilding has profoundly shaped both my life and my work.
My professional work sits at the intersection of nutrition, reproductive health, maternal mental health, and human performance. My personal journey has taught me that thriving is not something that simply happens - it is something we build. Through adversity, loss, parenting, study, and work, I have learned the power of nutrition, mindset, resilience, and purpose to shape not only our health, but our capacity to keep moving forward.
I believe that true wellbeing is more than the absence of illness. It has the physical, mental, and emotional foundations that allow us to show up fully in our lives, families, careers, and communities.
My approach combines science with real-world experience. Drawing on the latest evidence, clinical nutrition, and ongoing research in maternal mental health, I help individuals, schools, organisations, and communities better understand the relationship between nutrition, health, resilience, and performance.
Whether I am speaking to students, supporting women through significant life stages, mentoring others through challenges, or contributing to research, my goal remains the same: to empower people with practical knowledge, confidence, and strategies that create lasting change.
Creative. Honest. Approachable. Curious. Growth-minded. And always focused on the bigger picture.
My story is real. My practices are truths. The aim is to flourish and enjoy the adventure.
I don't shy away from discomfort - I welcome it as a sign that I'm evolving, learning, and becoming more. Let me share some of the insights that have illuminated my path.

Fuel for Optimisation
